The Way of Christ is the name Gateway Community Church uses to talk about the spiritual growth path which Jesus has planned for each of His followers.
The Way of Christ includes four categories: Loving God, Loving People, Building Character, and Building Christ's Church. We believe that understanding and growing in each of these areas is essential to the Christian faith. Loving God is at the center -- other parts of our lives flow from God's love for us and how we respond to it. Take a look at this diagram:

What's the website for? Gateway Community Church has created this site to help Christ-Followers grow into all God intends. Here, you can find resources relating to your next steps in spiritual growth. This site contains exercises you can download and links to a wide variety of activities suitable for anyone looking to grow spiritually.

How do I get started? Visit the main page. There, you can access resources in each of the Way of Christ categories, and connect to other useful tools and interactive features. Each subcategory page includes a substantial list of quality resources for people at all levels of spiritual maturity -- things to read, things to do, media items, and group studies.

What else is involved? Pick up a copy of Investigating the Way of Christ from Gateway's Bookstore any weekend. Read the first few pages -- which is an overview of what it means to Walk the Way of Christ. The rest of that booklet is a self-study guide about these foundational aspects of spiritual growth.
